What we collect and why

When you contact us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to send so we can answer your enquiry. Orders through Shopify require contact, delivery and order information to process payment, fulfil the order and provide support. Payment details are handled by the checkout and payment providers.

Providers and overseas fulfilment

We use Shopify for checkout, payment providers such as PayPal, Google Workspace for email, and website hosting services. Delivery information needed for an order may be shared with suppliers and carriers, including suppliers in China. Service providers may process information outside Australia under their own privacy terms.

This website

The bag is saved in your browser’s local storage. The odds calculator requests public network data from mempool.space, which receives normal connection information such as your IP address. Hosting and checkout providers may use cookies and technical logs to deliver and secure their services. We have not added an advertising tracker to this storefront.

Marketing and your choices

Sending a product enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. If you opt into marketing at checkout, you can unsubscribe using the message link or contact us.

Access, correction and concerns

Email us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to retain order records for legal and business obligations. We retain information only for the purposes described and applicable record-keeping needs.
