Shipping & delivery

We sell to Australian customers. Dispatch location and carrier depend on the product and fulfilment arrangement; an available listing does not mean stock is held in Sydney.

Before paying

Review the shipping options and total in Shopify checkout. If your address has no available delivery method, contact us before ordering. For remote addresses, bulk orders or a firm delivered quote, email your model, quantity and postcode to info@cryptolot.com.au.

Supplier-direct orders

Our miner supplier quotes approximately seven business days for express transit using DHL or UPS after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee, and does not include handling time or customs delays. Release dates and dispatch timing for upcoming products must be confirmed separately.

Shipping costs vary by model and carrier. Remote-area carrier surcharges may apply and must be confirmed before you order. We will not assume a standard shipping allowance covers every product or address.

International delivery

Supplier-direct deliveries can originate in China. Import charges may be payable by the receiver where applicable and are not automatically included in the displayed item price. Ask us for a delivered quote and confirmation of any import arrangements before placing an overseas-fulfilled order.

Tracking and help

Tracking is provided when available after dispatch. Contact us if your parcel is delayed, damaged or missing; CryptoLot is your point of contact for the order.
